Health Education designs, coordinates, and implements health education programs throughout Brazos County. Presentations are on a variety of topics.
The staff provides resources to the community, such as educational pamphlets, videos, health statistics, and local resource referrals. Health Education also participates in local collaborations and coalitions to create a healthier community. These groups plan activities throughout the year for the community.

The Health Education and Promotion division serves as a resource for worksite wellness programs in Brazos County. The goal of worksite wellness is to improve the health and well-being of employees by encouraging them to modify their behavior and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
