Food Handler Class

Food Handler Online Certificate Testing

READ	THIS MANUAL BEFORE COMING TO TAKE THE TEST
Location	Brazos County Health Department 201 North Texas Avenue Bryan, Texas 77803 (Corner of William J. Bryan and Texas Avenue)
Call	361-4450 to set up a testing time
Cost	$25.00 Testing fee and card (cash or local check only) $5.00 rescheduling fee $2.00 Duplicate food handler cards
Testing Times	Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM
Passing	Individuals with a passing score (70% or higher) will be issued their Food Handler Card.
Failing	Individuals with a failing score (69% or below) have 2 options: Option A: Sign up to retake the test for a fee of $25. Only two attempts at taking the exam will be allowed. Option B: Take a regularly scheduled Food Handler class taught here at the Health Department at no charge.
Cheating	Student may not leave with the test for any reason, such as going to their car or bathroom. The test can not be out of line sight of the up-front staff. Backpacks, cellphones, PDA, are not allowed within view. Cheating will not be tolerated

If card is lost or stolen, a duplicate card with the original expiration date is available for $2.
