CERTIFICATE TESTING
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
New material
will be posted to this site on Friday, November 30, 2007. The test will
be modified to reflect these changes. ONLY the new test will be offered
as of December 1, 2007.

$5.00 rescheduling fee

| Testing Times |
Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM |
| Passing |
Individuals with a passing
score (70% or higher) will be issued their Food Handler Card. |
| Failing |
Individuals with a failing score (69% or below) have 2
options:
Option A: Sign up to retake the test for
a fee of $25. Only two attempts at taking the exam will be
allowed.
Option B: Take a regularly scheduled Food
Handler class taught here at the Health Department at no charge.

| Cheating |
Student may not leave with the test for any reason, such
as going to their car or bathroom. The test can not be out
of line sight of the up-front staff.
Backpacks, cellphones, PDA, are not allowed within view.
Cheating will not be tolerated
